This beautiful modular office was pre-owned and used as a music and podcast studio. The walls have extra insulation and two layers of drywall throughout to help with the interior acoustics. The framing was also done in such a way to maximize for interior recording. The unit also has a 20' rooftop deck with staircase! The main entry door is a sliding glass door and the original container doors can be closed over them. The interior walls are drywall and the flooring is laminate. The electrical is exposed conduit so it can be easily inspected as well.
