This model is built in a 40ft HC container making it solid & “storm proof” compared to your typical tiny home. The Tier 3 model includes a full size kitchen with a stainless microwave & fotile dishwasher sink. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, storage & a beautiful ambiance with above and under cabinet lighting. Water hookup installed for fridge ice/water. This model has an abundance of natural lighting throughout, with a custom walk through bathroom. The shower includes a rain head, body jets and handheld wand. The bedroom has a 36” closet and raised USB plugs for bedside charging. Laundry hookups are in place and readily available. • The exterior mechanical room includes a 40 gallon water heater, shut off valves for each area of the tiny home, electrical panel with RV hook up style 50AMP plug.
